About Us
What is offtraq
An adventurous & fun motoring event for older vehicles exploring regional WA, organised by Global Hand Charity
OffTraq is a not-for-profit, four-day motoring adventure that leads drivers in interesting old vehicles through WA’s regional areas, raising money for children’s cancer support plus youth mental health in WA.
The vehicles must be at least 20 years old, roadworthy, insured and the event is run under WA Road Rules mainly on gazetted roads.
All routes are triple tested for excitement, fun, and safety
Thorough planning completed to provide the best
Consulted local authorities and experienced drivers
on-site nurse and mechanics
A registered nurse and qualified mechanics are present at all times, ready to provide support as required. But best of all, we scout unique areas and seek permission from locals to drive along challenging dirt tracks.
Bushbound
Exploring WA’s outback in crazy old vehicles
bonding
Participants partake in challenges and enjoy sundowners
wilderness
Nature tours and attractions
beyond
Much, much, much more
Most importantly, OffTraq is a FUNdraiser, and proceeds go directly to local charities supporting young West Australians. The OffTraq team is made up of volunteers and many $$ go into the local communities we visit en route!
OffTraq is unique because the proceeds go to worthy beneficiaries in WA. It is much more affordable than other motoring events because we are focused on raising money for charities – NOT to make a profit! All costs are paid by participants (registration and levy) and go directly into making this event incredible.
